The trouble with simple living is that, though it can be joyful, rich, and creative, it isn't simple. ~Doris Janzen Longacre

There's still hope ....

This morning I went off to see the man about new Reading glasses, about time too cause I can't read your blogs so well anymore, need a little help in that department. Decided to get a pretty "touch of purple" framed ones, can't wait to show ya. Watch this space!

Then did a little shopping, time to update that wardrobe a bit too, to match the glasses you know. A little coffee and cake at the food court and then veggie shopping. Not much going in the garden atm. But there was one little highlight for the day and that's what I would like to tell you about. A few buskers are regulars in Hurstville, only today there was a young aboriginal boy, maybe 12 at the most playing a didgeridoo, that's a hollow wooden instrument they blow into (for the overseas folk)While having my coffee, the youngster came up to the fastfood joint's door stop to count his money from busking to buy a drink or snack. He then turned to a man in a wheel chair, who was collecting money for some cause and promptly donated some of his profits to him. Now that was the nicest thing I have seen for a while.

There is hope for that boy, what a nice thing to do don't ya think. Juzt a little of one of my favorite singers with a little didgeridoo music in the background, enjoy.

Thought I just answer Trish here, I am not a great shopper at all, can't wait to get out of there fast enough. I bought 2 knitted tops with long sleeves Yeah I noticed they the same just different colours lol

See ya soon
