Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day.

You light up my life!

A little something to do without it costing a fortune. I have this little hart shaped baking thingy, so added a lot of pink food colouring to water, got just the right colour to fill up the tray with. Put it in the freezer to set and ta da "Coloured Ice cubes" warning wear gloves or ya going to have red hands.

Dessert idea: Now maybe red jelly would work better with a few berries and ice cream. Tanya's baking some heart shaped cupcakes, can't wait to see how they turn out.

BTW I got conned yesterday! Tanya want's to do a cake decorating course, and yes she dragged me into a cake decorating shop. Well all I can say, she left a very happy girl with a set of cutters in their own little tin container, 2 books, piping bag and nozzles. Yep money well spent ... Mom's money!
